Where is your workshop located?  
Prettydreamer is currently located in the beautiful Monadnock region of southwestern New Hampshire, USA.

When will my order ship? 
Orders generally ship within 2 to 3 business days of being placed.  Made to order items usually take between 4 to 10 business days (or as noted on the product page) before being ready to ship. Domestic packages usually ship either USPS First Class Mail (2 -5 business day service) or Priority Mail (1-3 day business service). All domestic orders include tracking confirmation. 

What if I have a special time frame? 
If you have a special date coming up or unsure of when your order will ship, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'd be happy to help if I can!

Do you accept orders placed outside the US? 
Yes! Prettydreamer has shipped to over 26 countries worldwide. About half of those countries now include shipping confirmation with tracking; additional destination are being added from time to time by USPS. This is the current list of countries with USPS First Class tracking available: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain and Switzerland.

I'm an international customer can you tell me if there are any additional customs and/or VAT fees for my order? 
Duties on imported goods vary widely based on your country and/or location. Customs fees are taxes levied by your government on imported goods. While some countries charge little or no duties, other governments may have different thresholds where duties are charged. International customs are the responsibility of the buyer, as is any other form of tax governed by your country. You can check with your local post office to get more information regarding customs applicable for your country.

Can you mark my items as a "gift" on the customs form, so I don't have to pay duties/fees? 
Marking an international parcel as a "gift" is federal offense and can subject the shipper to heavy fines as well as loss of rights to ship internationally. 

Do you take custom orders? 
Yes, from time to time, Prettydreamer is able to take on special request. These spots are available on a limited basis, but please don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested.
